Cancel:
You can cancel an order free of charge if it has not been sent by parcel service. We will transfer the full order amount to your account within 5 working days.
If you cancel an order after it has been sent to you by us, you must refuse the package unopened upon delivery. After return, we will transfer the full order amount to your account within 5 working days.
Please note: when you accept the package and want to return it later, the shipping costs of returning are for your own account.
Returns:
As a customer you have a 14-day cooling-off period to return the purchased product without reason *. We will refund the full order amount within 5 working days.
You can return the product to our address which is stated on our website under the heading contact. The costs for returning are for your own account. After return, we will transfer the full order amount to your account within 5 working days.
* Returns may only be made in the original packaging and the product must be in full and undamaged condition.
